How a run works

Get an uncleared course

Assignments come straight from mm2list’s conservative unprocessed list, without spending a Mario Maker 2 API check.

Claim the first clear

Use Check clear after you finish. This is when the app asks the Mario Maker 2 API for authoritative clear data.

Keep going

Your clear is saved before the next course is assigned, so a temporary provider outage cannot erase progress.
